Based on your balance's configuration, I recommend the Series 380 or Series 385. You'll have to measure the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the photo below. You will also need to select the 1740 option for the 18" balance and the 2640 option for the 27" balance. 

As for the top sash guide, the 18-008H looks like a good match. Review the dimensions on its store page and see if you agree.
