Hello,

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. To confirm the correct replacements, we'll need to see the numbers stamped on the metal channel. If you're sure it's missing, I'd recommend checking the balance on the other side of the window. We'll also need to know the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!

Thanks Casey, is there a standard length of 25 in or  25.5 in with the same clips that are in the pictures?

Unforutnately, there is no standard version of this balance, which should have a 25-5/8" long metal channel. We will need to know the stamp code on the balance to determine the spring tension needed for your custom balances. If there are no stamps, we would need to know the exact weight of the window sash the balances support to move forward.

I was wondering if you have this window balance available?

Hello! There's been a change since the last time we spoke. The manufacturer recently discontinued your balance's configuration, unfortunately.

However, they offered an alternative that will work. The design is a little different, though, and as a result, so is the spring calibration. I will need you to tell me the exact weight of your sash, down to the ounce, so that we can verify the proper calibration on the new style.

Once I have that data, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you place an order on our site.
