Hello,

We need to locate a replacement for this balance. The identification numbers are 26 4. Also, if you can recommend the block (not sure of the formal term) that goes up top and stops the window from going up too far, that would be wonderful.

Thanks for reaching out. These will need to be special order balances. Please be aware that for these type of special orders, there is an order minimum of (2) balances. I'll need to know the exact number of balances you are looking to purchase to confirm pricing and availability.

In regard to the hardware you are describing at the top of the window, it would help to see a photo of the part so that we can confirm if we do have a replacement we can offer.

Can you please order 2 of those balances for me? Also, attached are the requested photos with the measurements of: About 3.25" Tall by 1.25" Wide. The depth is pictured.

In regard to the plastic piece, I suggest taking a look at our 55-043. It does not have the same specifications but you may be able to alter it to fit your window. Look over the dimensions to see if it will work for you. This is the best options we have available.
