Milgard Balancer

A quick learner from San Diego says:
These are 1/2" balancers and are 27" inches long. I think they are 385s, but not sure. The single hung aluminum windows were installed in 1999. The number 26 4 AO (or Q) Caldwell is on it.
Many of the balancers look similar and I need a bunch, so I want to get it correct.

Hi there- thanks for posting!

I've narrowed what you have down to two options. You have either our Series 385 or our Series 380 channel balance. The S385 closely resembles our S380. The difference lies in the depth of the shoe. The Series 385 balance has our 15-004 shoe, which is 1-3/32" deep and the Series 380 has our 15-005 shoe, which is 1" deep. The stamp "26 4" will translate to our "2640" option at checkout.

Carefully compare your measurements and dimensions to ours and let me know what you think!
