We need to replace the Balancer for a single hung window as the window wont remain open.
The info is as follows:
32 5 CW CMC 10. Could you adivse which part is the correct one?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. However, the balance is too obscured when installed so we'll need more information. Can you remove it and show us up-close photos of the top and bottom fittings? Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Lastly, can you measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us the depth?
