Milgard Balancer Identify Part Number

Question

I was hoping you would be able to help me identify the part number/code on your website for Milgard window balancer. Attached are photos of the current balancer to help identify the part. The metal part of the balancer measures 26 7/8".

I measured the bottom "wing" piece and I'm getting 1 1/16"

Thanks for writing in! It looks like you have either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. The metal channel of these balances is 27".

To determine which series is needed for your window, I would recommend double checking the dimension from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. In your photos, your shoe appears to be 1", however, you confirmed that it is 1-1/16".

You'll need to select the 2650 stamp.
