Hello. I believe I need item S385-27, option 2650. Can you confirm from my pictures and description if this is correct, or if you have another recommendation?

My balancer has the following dimensions:
Length: 27 inches (metal track only; plastic fittings NOT included in measurement)
Width: Approximately 1/2 inch
Stamped Markings: 2690 GH 29
Window Brand: Milgard

Thanks for posting! You'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of the shoe to determine whether the S385-27 is the correct balance. The measurements in the first photo display the width of the shoe, rather than its depth.

To determine if you need the 2650 option, you'll need to confirm that the sash weight falls between 26 to 30lbs. If not, you'll need to review the chart below the product description to select the best option for the sash weight.
