Probably need to replace both balancers.

Can you indicate which ones we need based on those numbers in the pic?

Hi, Ken.

I'm afraid the stamped code on your balance doesn't help us ID what you need. We would need to see photos of the top and bottom fittings in order to determine a match. The related video will go over exactly what we are looking for.

Thanks for these photos, they're a huge help. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-33 or S385-33, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
