Milgard Balancers

Question

I am looking for 4 30-13 window balancers made for a milgard window i can not find a 30-13 anywhere i have 30-10 and 30-20 but do not have the ones im looking for

This looks like it might be a custom assembly balance. Before I say anything for sure, I need clearer photos of the top and bottom fittings. I also need you to tell me if there are any stamps printed on the bottom plastic fitting itself, and if so, what it reads.
