I found Encore Truth Folding Handle with Cover
Product Code: 39-375 as an alternative part for Milgard, however, it doesn't offer the "left" handle as an option.
If you look at my photo, does it look like this would need a left or right?

As long as the specifications match up to yours, the 39-376 would match the handing of your operator, which shows the spline on the left side of the base. We'll include the dimensions from our product page below. Take a look and thanks for posting!

Truth parts like these handles are generic and used by a wide range of window manufacturers. We do not have a record of the exact parts used by Milgard, unfortunately, which is why we base our recommendations on photos and dimensions of our customer's original hardware.
With that being said, you are welcome to get back to us with photos of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. That would help us determine if our handle and cover would be compatible.
