Milgard Casement Windows from 1993

Hello,

We have Milgard windows from 1993 which need some repairs. The white weatherproofing that lines the bottom part of most of our casement windows is damaged from opening and closing the windows. We need about 22 feet total. I can pull out a piece for more specific identification if you cannot identify it from what I've submitted.

The plastic over the cranks for many of the casement windows is cracked. These are Entry Gard (Truth) cranks with designations on the metal of 30851 and 30852. We need 8 of the covers. The mechanisms themselves are working and do not need replacement. There is a missing hand crank but the rest of the mechanism is there and presumed functional. The missing hand crank is a left window marked Entry Gard Truth 30852.

The other photos are just to show the markings between the glass.

Thank you.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I recommend you have a look at the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle for 11/32" splines. Take a look at the specifications and see if they match what you need.

As for the weatherstrip, can you remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profile?

Thank you. I think the parts will work. I will place the order as soon as I figure out the weatherstripping. The base extension is 1/4 inch and appears to be surrounded by the same foam that is in the bulb. I cannot measure the bulb width because of deterioration/compression. Is it possible to get a very small sample of the one that appears to be most close to ours? We could slip it in and see if fits and creates a seal.

Thanks!

Thank you for the additional photos! The 58-170B comes to mind. It isn't exact but take a look at the specifications and see what you think. I will also email you a link that will allow you to add a sample of the 58-170B to your cart.
