Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered.

Also, please confirm if your stamp reads 25 3? If so, the metal channel should measure 26" long, not including the end fittings. Thank you!

The only number on the balance is 26 3 FX CMC 7. The 26 confused me because if I measure just the metal channel, NOT the plastic tips, it measures 27in exactly. Not sure what the "26" is, but that is what it says. Also, if this helps, the total length, including the plastic ends, measures 28in.
I will need 4 total balances. Let me know if you need anything else. Thank you.  Mike

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2630 spring strength options for your replacement balances, which corresponds to the strength of the spring. These balances will be calibrated to support a sash between 13-19 pounds. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
