Milgard Channel Balance 25 9

Hello, with the pictures and the information of this being a Milgard channel balance stamped with 25 9 on it could you tell me which size channel balancer I need and sash guide? I bought the S380-25 and the window seems to heavy for the balance springs to hold the window. Thanks!

Thanks for contacting us. We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order. I'm afraid out special balance specialist is out of the office until Monday, however. We will not be able to send you a quote until then, but I promise once they're back in we can send it out to you.

In the meantime, can you just tell me how many you need? That's the last piece of information we would need.

Hi there, I will need four of them plus I would like to get four sash guides. I think I may have ordered the wrong sash guides recently as well. Thank you.

As for the top sash guide, can you show me a photo of your old one? Your balance is compatible with a ton of different kinds, so we will have to see the old one in order to match it up. I'd like a clear shot of it from the side and then a clear shot of it from the front, sort of like a mug shot.

The sash guide you suggested is almost correct on the dimensions. I will research that further but in the meantime could you have someone contact me about the channel balancers that I inquired about? Thank you!
