Milgard Channel Balance 26 5 AX CMC 11

Hello,

I have a Milgard double hung vinyl window. The channel balance popped out after I opened the window (it's been a little tough to lift lately anyway). The spring on the channel balance is stuck under full tension - I'm assuming this is the faulty part. The marking on the part is: 26 5 AX CMC 11. It's a 1/2" balance. I'm not sure how heavy the window is.

Can you please recommend a replacement channel balance?

Hey, Joe. Milgard often uses our Series 385 channel balance. In your case, it'd be the S385-27. I highly recommend looking over our pictures and dimensions to confirm that this is the proper match.
