Milgard Channel Balance - Custom Length

Question

Hello,

I need to replace 2 x non-tilt 385 Channel Balances. The bottom shoe is 1 3/32" deep, the channel is 1/2" wide and is 19 5/8" long (just the metal, not including the plastic ends).

It looks like there are metal tabs that are supposed to be in the channel of the window frame (not the tabs up the window frame that aid in removing the channel balances, but ones visible when looking down the channel when the window is closed). I don't have those metal pieces in the window I'm trying to fix (one on each side). Hoping to get 2 x of those ordered as well.

Our Series 385 will not replace this. This is a special kind of balance that has to be custom made. Please give us a little more time to confirm its availability, and once I know for sure we can get this I'll email you a custom order link and price quote for 2 of them.
