Milgard ChannelBalance and Sash Guide

A home owner from Torrance, CA says:
Require assistance in identifying channel balance and sash guide parts for Milgard Window.

I looked on all sides, including inside the channel balance and could not find any markings or numbers that would help identify the part.

Other smaller Milgard windows in the home have channel balances with number markings on them but the window size I'm trying to fix doesn't have any markings.

The window dimensions are approximately 33.5" width and 58" length.

Please let me require any other info.

Hello,

We do not carry an exact match for the top sash guide shown in your photos, which isn't made anymore. However, our 18-009 may work as a replacement. Keep in mind that you will need to trim down the edges from the top of the guide to install them. Please note that altered parts are non-returnable. Take a look at the measurements below and see what you think.

As for your balances, this combination of attachments indicates that you could have either the S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
