Milgard Classic Latches

Our windows are Milgard Classic vinyl full casement windows from 2002. The three windows are: 16" wide (1) and 23" wide (2).

All 3 windows latch on the right (looking out from inside) and the crank mechanism (and hinge) is on the left. The windows don't close all the way and the gears don't catch. the handle itself is fine and not broken.

Can you please indicate what part number I need to fix these windows.
