Our Crank on the Milgard Windows opens the windows slightly and then just spins without further opening or closing the windows. What is the part number I need to replace?

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this fro you but we would need to see the arms of the operator that move the sash to compare to our inventory. If you could carefully push the window open and show us a top-down photo of the entire assembly, we can go from there. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. The 39-156 Caradco operator measures 3-13/16", while our nearly identical 39-032 EntryGard operator link arm measures 4-7/16". Take a look at the dimensions below to determine which set matches your specifications.
