Milgard French Door hinge

A quick learner from Port Ludlow, Was says:
Need to replace a hinge on my Milgard open-inward french door. Hinge body is approx. 4.25 inches tall and has four 'barrel wraps' into which the hinge pin is inserted. Two of the wraps are on the top and bottom of the jam-mounted half of the hinge. The two other wraps are in the middle, and part of the door-attached half of the hinge.

the wrap at the top of the hinge is breaking.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Your hinge looks a lot like our 42-008 hinge pair. Take a look and see if the specifications in the product description will work for your door. Thank you!

A home owner from Bodega Bay says:
We have had our Milgard French Doors for 11 years, and the hinges are a constant issue.

We have had to replace our hinges three times now! The hinges break and the weight of these doors is too much.

We have had a few specialist look at the issue with the hinges, but no real answers.

Sadly, welcome to the club!
