Milgard Lock Set

Question

Good evening, my latch sheared from the lock as you can see and I'm looking for a replacement. The latch still works from the inside, but when I use the key from the outside it just spins and spins.

It sounds like you may need to replace the entire handle set. See our 82-081 Keyed Handle Set. Look it over and see what you think. You also may want to double-check to make sure the door's internal mortise lock isn't broken and the source of the handle set's damaged. To do this, try manually throwing the lock with a flathead screw driver. If it doesn't budge, then it too should be replaced.
