Milgard Non-Tilt Window Balances

Hello, I'm trying to identify the right balance model replacement for my Milgard Window. There are no identifying stamps on the old balances, so I've attached photos. Perhaps you can help me identify the correct ones. The window weighs approximately 12.7lbs and these appear to be 15" balances (measuring the metal piece only). Thanks for your help!

If the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings, is 15" long, then it seems you have either the S380-15 or S385-15. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the image below for reference. In either case, a sash that weighs 12.7 pounds can be supported by choosing the stamp option 1440, which supports a window sash in the weight range of 12 through 13 pounds.
