Milgard Non-tilt Balancers-Stamped 2620

Question

I need to try this again. I thought I ordered the correct part without sending you pictures but I did not. Let's try again.
The metal channel is 27 inches long and the ends are as shown in the photos.
The metal channel is stamped 2620.
I ordered S370-27 but the ends are not as shown in these photos. I have requested to return the S370-27.

Please advise.

Hello!

Depending on the depth of the bottom fitting, you could have either the Series 380 or Series 385 channel balances. Measure as shown below to determine the best match. Based on your 2620 stamp, I recommend the 2620 strength option.
