Milgard Patio Door, need Key Lock

My existing milgard patio sliding door has a tumb lock from inside and I like to add a key lock from outside

Sure, looks like you have Andersen hardware on your door. Your thumb lever, our 82-043, is compatible with two key locks: our left hand 82-316 and our right hand 82-317. Handing is determined from outside looking in and describes the operating panel.
