Milgard Single Hung Window balances

Thanks for writing in. I can't be 100% sure without seeing the balance out of the window, but this looks a lot like either a Series 380 or Series 385. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. To know what length to select, measure the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end. This measurement should be 33", but double-check to be sure. Finally, you'll need to choose a stamp option. Your stamp code of 32-5 conforms to our stamp option of 3250. Let us know if you have any other questions.
