Hello there. I am confident we can help, but can you show us all the 'guts' or underside of the metal channel. Some balances from the West Coast have a special design we must account for. We can proceed from there!

Thanks for getting back to us. This looks like the S380-24 or S385-24. The difference is the stamp option. Compare with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2350.
