Can you tell me what all I need to purchase to put a keyed lock on this Milguard Sliding Glass Door?

Hello there. See the 82-081 Keyed Handle Set. This should work with your door's setup.

Need replacement for this Milgard door handle. Description 8621T Tuscany SD 4P 1 3/8". Do you carry the handles?

Thanks for posting. I am afraid we can't cross-reference that code with anything. If the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole, is 4-15/16", then the 82-080 or keyed 82-081 are possible, but I'd like to see a clearer photo of the handle set as well as the mortise lock in the door to confirm what parts are right. Also we keep in mind that we do not sell 'dummy' handles, or the handles on the other door with no mortise lock. Let us know if you have questions.
