Milgard Sliding door handle

Question

Happy Thanksgiving,
I don't know if the screws are stripped or if handle is. It comes off milgard 5621 5631 handle.
What parts numbers to order both and do you have them?

Please review our 82-080 handle set as a possible replacement. Please compare the installation hole measurement for a good fit. The 82-080 has a 4-15-16" hole spacing from center to center.
