Milgard Ultra window roller assembly

A home owner from Seattle, WA says:
Hi, I called Milgard and they gave me the following part number: IM0212MI. Can you point me to the correct replacement part? I need a number of these. Measurement length is 1 3/4 inches and width is 3/8 inch. Thank you.

We do offer a replacement part, however, since your part is still installed, we could not say for sure whether or not it will work. We'd like for you to attach a few more photos of the part removed from the window, and from different angles. We'd also like to know the height measurement of the part. Thank you.

A home owner from Seattle, WA says:
Hello,

Thanks for getting back to me. I confirm that the dimensions of this part are 1 3/4 in. by 3/8 in. by 1/2 in. Attached are several photos of the detached part. Thanks!

Ah, I recognize this piece now. At one time, we did offer this replacement, but that also has been discontinued. We offer our 87-059. Although, it doesn't look exactly like yours, it does have the same hole on top. Look it over and let us know if you think this will work.

A quick learner from CA says:
I have the same roller assmy do you if this customer said that the 87-059 worked?
Thank you
A home owner from CA says:
Hi
Did part 87-059 end up substituting for the original part IM01212MI?
Thanks!
A home owner from Arizona says:
Hello. I have this same roller and am looking to replace it as well. Did the replacement roller suggested work for you? I appreciate your help, thank you
A home owner from Granada Hills, CA says:
Hello, I had the exact problem/ worn out rollers with my 1997 Milgard Slider windows.
The 87-059 Replacement screws in for an exact fit. The brass wheels are not going to wear out! Side lines up perfectly with window side, no alignment problems. Thank You and a big Shout Out to STEVE! (-:
