Milgard Up/Down Slide window balancer

Metal channel is 27" long.
Has marking : 26 4 DX CMC 11

I am trying to replace this part on both sides in a window. One side string is broken, and on other side the spring has issue.

Please Help.

See either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2640.
