I am a "Home Owner", not a contractor. Sorry about the wrong selection.

Hello there. No worries on the description--it's just for our organizational purposes. I am sure we can help you, but I want to verify a few details before proceeding:

  • Can you show me a few closer pictures of the bottom nylon attachment, or the shoe?
  • Can you show me the point where the metal spring and pulley system meet in the 'guts' or underbelly of the metal channel?

We should be able to narrow this down from there.

I have attached 2 more photos. If more are needed, I will have to take the window out on the weekend.

Perfect, thanks! Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-30 or S385-30, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Thank you
What are the shipping costs?
Will they be different if I purchase more items?

I am thinking of if trying out one pair of balances before I order all that I need to change.

Hello,

Once the balances are added to your cart, you can enter your zip code to calculate shipping costs. The quantity can be adjusted to determine different shipping pricing based on the amount. Let us know if you have any additional questions!

Hello

I am adding 4 more photos. I think I would need the 1 3/32 size.
Can you please confirm?

Thanks

Dimensions from pictures are not always accurate, but it appears that the shoe is over an inch. The Series 385 would be the best option in this case. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

I am sorry for more questions :-(
Which option should I purchase?
I did not weigh the window sash, as I didn't know that was something I should also check for. From what's written on the balancer "29 4 HW CMC 7", is it possible to determine which option I need in series 385?
Thanks

No problem!

For the 29 4 marking, you can use the 2940 stamp option that will support a  23 to 28 lb window sash. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
