Milgard Window 40 X 70 Single Hung Aluminum window balance

Question

I'm looking for replacement balances for my Milgard window.
Balance: Length is 33 in, Width 1/2 in and Shoe width is 1 in.
The 2 balances have different numbers printed on them, which confuses me.
Given this information can you provide the correct balances to order?

Hello. The replacement I believe will work in your window is our S385-33 channel balance. In order to determine which option to choose, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and correspond that number to the sash weight chart located on the product page.
