Hi, I am looking for replacement part for the channel balance. The length of the channel balance (metal section only) seems to be 15 inches. Channel width is 1/2 inch.
Also, do these channel blance only attach to the window frame with the hook, just wondering whether that is sufficient for the window or am I missing a part.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-15, S385-15, or S378-15 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Thank you for clarifying. I went and ordered the S385 after confirming shoe size.
I do have a basic q: Are the channel balances always installed the same way or direction meaning, the shoe side is always down?

Yes, all balances are always installed the same way. It simply wouldn't function if installed upside down. The video below explains how the Series 385 is meant to be installed.
