Thanks for posting! This window balance reminds me of the S378-27, S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balances. To determine which of these is the correct series, you'll need to measure the depth of an undamaged shoe.

Our 2650 stamp will support a sash weighing 26 to 30lbs. It may be a good idea to double check that the sash weight falls between that range.
