Milgard Window Awning: the side pivot & linkage bars

Question

Have 24 yr old Milgard Awning windows. The pin on the casement SS bar to which the arm from the window panel SS bar attaches to has rusted and broken off. The number stamped on the arm is 31171, which may be a part #. Do you have replacement parts or sets with both bars and arm.

The pin is not available separately but we do offer the 36-004-14 stainless steel hinge set with a 14" long base. Take a look and compare the specifications to your assembly. Thanks for posting.
