I'm unclear which balancer I need for my Milgard windows. Based on reviewing your website and info above, I'm providing info to at least (hopefully) get the conversation started. Thanks for any assistance!
Current balancer: metal portion is 31 5/8 (see image)
Shoe is 1" or just a bit over (see images)
Metal portion is just over 0.5 wide, 9/16
Stamp reads: 31 [space] 5 PK (see image)
I believe single hung -- confirm non tilt
WIDTH:
Frame 33"
Glass 30"
HEIGHT
35"
Frame white vinyl.
Installed with home built in 2004 (I am not original owner)

Hello! I am very confident that we can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. Before we go any further, though, there is one important detail that appears to be missing from your photos. There is a metal clip or hook that should be at the end of your cord. May we see it? If yours is missing, you can show us the hook from the other balance in the window.
Can you also tell me how many you wanted to buy?

Is the custom nature due to the timeline of install to replacement needed, i.e. the original are no longer manufactured?

These balances are custom since there are many variations of these extended travel balances and we do not carry them as stock items. The base cost would be $38.85 each. We will be happy to send you an order link once we confirm the total number of replacement balances that you need.
