The steel blade is 21". The marker is 2030, followed by the side BS1 VP?
I need 4 of these.
I also need 18" as well (qty 2).

The numbers you have provided only indicate the strength of the spring on the balance. We would need to see photos of the entire balance in order to assist us in locating a proper replacement for you.
