Hi,
Looking to identify this Milgard window balancer for a replacement. It is 26" long, 9/16" wide, and has an engraved stamp "25 5". Window is single hung, slides vertically, and measures 56" high and 46" wide (movable pane is 28"x46").

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you show me a picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord? Can you also tell me how many you need? Once we have this information, I'll email you a special order link and price quote.

Hi, please see attached photo. One track is broken. Does the other side also need to be replaced at the same time? If so, then I'd need two. Thanks!
