Hi, need to replace a window balancer. Please confirm the correct replacement.

Thanks for posting. See our S380-33 and S385-33. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from heel to toe. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case, choose 3240 as a new stamp option.
