The string in one of our Milgard Window balancer broke and I need to replace the balancer. The balancer is 28 1/4 inches long overall; it is 27 inches long when measuring just the metal frame; it is 9/16 wide;
Im not sure how to describe the plastic feet on either end of the balancer but I did include pics showing all sides, attachments and measurements. There are no markings on the balancer that I found.

Hey there, thanks for posting! These balances will need to be a custom order assembly. I've just forwarded over a separate link with a quote for (2) custom balances as there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order. Please let me know if you need a higher quantity of balances and I'll be happy to update the quote for you.
You should be aware that the balances we are sending you have a slightly different look to the bottom shoe however, we can confirm that these will work fine as a replacement.
