I have 4 Milgard window balancers to replace, on your site under 27" I have located the the exact same one. The total length of the metal part is 27" long. How do I order?

Sure, this looks like our S385-27. All orders can be placed directly on our site. Just select your quantity, click "Add to Cart," then when you're done, click "Checkout" in the upper right hand corner of the page.
