Milgard Window - Channel Balances

Question

First three pictures are of the hook end. Next two are pics of the opposite end. last image is the info on the channel. Length is 27 inches. It only would let me add 5 pics so if you need the one of the other end email me.

Thank you for reaching out to us, Brent. Your balance's configuration is a match for either the S380-27 or S385-27 but the best match will depend on the size of the bottom shoe. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe so you'll need to measure as shown in the image below to determine the best match. You would also need to select the 2640 spring strength option, based on your 26-4 stamp.
