Thanks for posting. To start, take a look at our 36-048 or 36-049 Hinge Sets. Compare the listed dimensions with your old hinges to see if one of these is a possible match. Let us know what you find.

Thank you - how do you measure the size? In other words, how do you know if you need a 10" or 14" replacement?
