I'm trying to identify my window balance for my Milgard windows. They are 24inches and 1/2 inch wide The numbers on the balance are 23 4 HV CMC 7
I attempted to identify the balance using your website and it looks like Product Code: S395-24 but I am not sure. I dont know about the option to select if any.

I wouldn't say this looks like our Series 395. I'd say it's a lot more like our Series 380 or Series 385. In either case, you'll need a 24" length and a 2340 stamp option. To decide between the balances, you can measure the bottom shoe as shown below. The 1-3/32" shoe depicted below belongs to a Series 385, but a 1" shoe would belong to Series 380.

The base is 1 3/32 so it must be the 385 24" with option 2340. Swisco is currently out of stock on this part can I select a heavier option like the 2350?

For a Milgard window, I think you're totally right to select an S385-24 with a "2340" option. At this moment these balances are still out of stock, but we are expecting a shipment any time now. I would definitely not go with another option weight; stay with what your window has. Thanks for your patience!
