I need a latch just like the one in my picture. Facing the house, the hinge is on the left. Color is white, or bone.

Thanks for writing in. Start by looking at our 38-095, 38-096, 38-138, or 38-139. The key dimension here is the projection of the fork from the lip of the housing. Look over our measurements and photos and let me know what you think.

This looks very promising. I will take measurements next time I am at the house. btw, what kind of lubrication do you recommend? Spray on lithium?

You can use some silicone based spray. That should work fine.
