Milgard aluminum awning window latch

Hi,

I am looking for replacement parts for Milgard Aluminum awning window. The screw holes have a 1.5 inch separation. The closer actually presses a plastic flap over the edge of the window frame to pull it snug.

Hello, Ron. This lock looks very much like our 38-174 at first glance. It has the same hole spacing and is available in black. Look it over and let me know what you think!
