Milgard balance replacement

Thank you for sharing your photos with us, Greg. Your balance looks compatible with both our S380-24 and S385-24. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe, the way it is shown below, to determine which of the two is the better candidate. Whichever one chosen will go with the 2340 option that supports a sash weight of 18-23 pounds.
