Does my Milgard balancer match your Series 385?

I have a broken Milgard Window balancer. I think I located your matching part, but I wanted to make sure. Attached are some photos. I think I need 24" Series 385 channel balance, 2340 option. Please help.

Hello! I agree, our S385-24 looks like a great match. As long as the bottom shoe is the same depth as the 15-004 that comes with our balance then this is definitely what you want.
