Milgard balancer

Hello! We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. What you have here is known as an "extended travel" channel balance, named for its unique configuration.

Thankfully your photos here tell us just about everything we need to know to get started. Before we can get the ball rolling on a custom order, I only need a few more pieces of information.

First, can you verify the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp, it should be 25-5/8", not 25-3/4".

Can you also tell me precisely how many you wanted to buy?

Thank you! I appreciate the confirmation. So, we can supply this balance, but I should make you aware of a few recent changes to the availability before we go any further. A few weeks ago, the manufacturer discontinued this precise model and it is currently no longer available. We still have many of these older sizes in stock, but unfortunately not your precise size. 

The good news is that the manufacturer made a new model that will work just as well as the original. I'm only explaining this to you because the design is very different. These will work exactly the same way without any alteration on your part. I just didn't want you to be surprised when you opened the box.
