Milgard window balance 26 2 CR Caldwell

I would like to order a balancer which is 1/2 x 27 inches. Code is 26 2 CR Caldwell The window is 15 1/2 x 30 inches.
Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Hi, Mark. You need a 27" balance with a 2620 option, but I need you to measure and confirm the Series. If your bottom shoe measures 1-3/32" from back to front, as in the image below, then you need the S385-27. If it only measures 1", choose the S380-27.
