Need balancers for a 22 year old Series 6200 Millard non-tilt window - stamp is in picture - it measures almost 33" metal channel only

Thanks!

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. To get started, we'll need to see the fittings attached to both ends of your metal channel. If you could also show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 3240 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Sorry on delay - thought I would get email when new comment added and didn't realize this was posted - I have the 1 3/32 (385) version - do I need to do anything about spring strength or was that just a note the 385 will have it?

Your stamp code indicates that you'll need 3240 options for the S385-33 channel balances, which will support a sash between 23-28 lbs.
